Sunflower Competition

Calling all junior gardeners – can you grow the tallest sunflower?

Enter our competition and you could win a children’s gardening kit.

Visit Summerseat Garden Centre on Monday 6th May 2024 and plant your sunflower with us and register your details so we can keep in touch with your progress.

Take it home to nurture and grow – water, feed and even talking to your sunflower will help it bloom!

On 1st September 2024, take a picture of your Sunflower next to a tape measure with the height clearly visible, and one of you and your sunflower together and send it in to us via our and send it in to us via our Facebook page

The tallest Sunflower will win! The winner will be announced via our Facebook page.
