Sign up to our Reward Card scheme to earn loyalty points. Swipe your card on every transaction and receive 5% back form your purchases. Every few months the value you have earnt is posted to you with adjoining offers and giveaways. The reward card cannot be used on sale items or the cafe.
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are more than happy to offer a refund, exchange or gift card for any full price merchandise returned within twenty-eight days of the original purchase, provided goods are in their original condition and are accompanied by their proof of purchase. Sale items are eligibly for an exchange or gift card only.
Please ask at the main tills for our complimentary Gift Wrapping service and the deli counter for our Bespoke Food Hampers.
All well behaved dogs are very welcome in the Garden Centre, cafe and outside seating area of the Garden Centre However please could you keep your dog on a lead at all times, clean up after your dog if necessary, and always inform our staff of any accident. We allow dogs in our cafe but owners should not put them on their knees or feed them.
We sell Summerseat Garden Centre gift cards which can be used in every part of the garden centre including the cafe, and can also be used at Bradley Fold. These gift cards work as a top up card and can be loaded or redeemed with any value. HTA National Garden Gift Cards are also sold which can be used at most garden centres but cannot be used in our cafes. All Gift cards can be purchased at the main tills
We have four wheelchairs situated in the entrance and our store is all on one level and easy to move around. We have disabled parking spaces and a disabled toilet near our cafe. We also have a carry to car service to assist with any purchases you may have.
We have a delivery service that operates from Monday to Friday. This service costs £5.00 if you live locally. Purchases over £200 are free.
Please ask for our help, we are happy to assist you to your car with any large or bulky items. Please ask a member of staff at the tills.
Our real Christmas trees are delivered to our store at the end of November. When you pick your tree we will net it for free for you. If it is too bulky for your vehicle we offer a delivery service of £5.00 if you live locally.
As a company, we are committed to further reducing the impact of our business on the environment. We currently recycle 100% of cardboard packaging and glass bottles on site, and all recyclable plastic is recycled. The vast majority of our plant suppliers now stock recyclable plastic pots and we only provide paper carrier bags. On site, we have a borehole which helps reduce our water consumption.

We may use technology to track the patterns of behaviour of visitors to our site. This can include using a "cookie" which would be stored on your browser. Should you wish at any time to remove your details, please see below 5 simple steps to delete your Summerseat APP account: Step 1: Log into the app Step 2: Go to the Account icon Step 3: Select the Details tab at the top Step 4: Scroll to the bottom and tap ‘Permanently Delete Account’ Step 5: Enter App password, and tap delete. Your customer record is immediately permanently deleted.
