This is what we call Field to Fork produce. Supporting local farmers, our beef is sourced from a farm in Bury, our lamb from a family member’s farm in the Trough of Bowland, our pork is exclusively outdoor reared from a farm in Cheshire and our chicken has the British Red Tractor label.
